Job Responsibilities
1. Planning or execute all marketing & sales activities as per the set of plans for the organization.
2. Finding business opportunities from government, corporate market, generate new customers, regular searching and development for new markets, and expand the business.
3. Short-term and long-term planning for achieving the value and target set by the organization.
4. Propose and implement innovative plans for increasing sales.
5. Ability to form a team with other marketing executives and work independently and effectively in complex situations.
6. Working closely with the company’s sales team, enabling them to meet their organizational objectives.
7. Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
8. Be fully responsible for overall sales staff (Agent / Dealer) training and in achieving sales targets given by the company.
9. Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Computer Science and Engineering.
Working days: 6 days (Saturday to Thursday)
Salary and Compensation: Negotiable.
- Festival Bonus: 2 (yearly).
- Salary Review: Yearly.
- Lunch Facilities: Partially subsidize.
- T/A, Mobile bill.
- Commission
- Performance Bonus (as per condition).
